Kortney is passionate about helping people and loves how Acupuncture helps her achieve this. Her focus is on inner balance, peace, stress reduction and she has a passion for working with anxiety and depression. Through Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine she can help treat the body, mind and spirit.
Kortney also has comprehensive training in treating musculoskeletal injuries and pain management as well as women’s health concerns. She has completed courses through the Sports Medicine Acupuncture series where they employ different needling methods including intra-muscular stimulation (IMS) into motor points to help treat muscle imbalances, sprains and strains. She loves to treat anything from neck and shoulder pain, to low back and hip, PMS, headaches, insomnia and anything in between.
As our lives grow busier and more hectic, Kortney is seeing more and more the effects of day-to-day stress, trauma, PTSD and anxiety and is continually being drawn to helping those in need in her practice. Helping people live a better quality of life and optimal health and wellness is important to her.

Treating the 'why' and not just the symptoms of ailments, Danielle approaches her treatment sessions integrating a mind, body and soul approach.
Graduating from Grant MacEwan College, after 2 years in the Massage Therapy Program, Danielle registered with the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta (MTAA) having completed 2200 hours of education. But, as much as she loves being a facilitator to help people heal themselves, deep down she is just a philomathic, beach dwelling, Yogi that loves her kittens.

Karina has been practicing massage therapy since 2006. Her love and appreciation for this work just keeps growing.
Depending on your individual needs and likings, your treatment can include relaxation massage, fascia release, deep tissue massage, active and passive stretches, joint mobilization, myofascial cupping, intra-oral TMJ treatment, energy work, reflexology and more.
All those years of bodywork gave her a great understanding of the connection between mental, emotional and energetic patterns as well as their effects on the physical body.
In her personal life Karina enjoys gardening, meditating, herb- and wildcrafting and learning new things.

Katie Jolicouer
Katie is a Counselor who specializes in Somatic Experiencing, she has over a decade of experience in the wellness industry as a yoga and meditation facilitator who focused on working with trauma. Katie is skilled at creating a non judgmental and compassionate container for clients, students, and folks in need. Katie works with women and mothers who feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and like they can’t see themselves in their own life. Together Katie will support you as you build relationships with self, understanding and knowing who you are, in order to set boundaries and live a life that feels connected to who you are, not to who you think you should be or what you think others expect of you. To move away from the overwhelming stress and tension of getting through the day and build capacity for joy and pleasure. Creating the ability for you to connect with your inner knowing, your innate wisdom, and be comfortable and in love with who you are. Embracing all pieces and parts of yourself and your experiences.
Somatic Counselling
Somatic Counselling utilizes Somatic Experiencing to move through and heal trauma through the lens of the nervous system. By working with your nervous system to process and integrate your experiences you will build a greater capacity for life, for joy, for navigating the hard times. This type of counselling is supportive for those experiencing depression, anxiety, exhaustion, overwhelm, and general feeling of disconnection from self or life.
