How early should I arrive for my initial appointment?

If your initial appointment is for Acupuncture or related to a Motor Vehicle Collision then arriving 20 minutes early to fill out the proper paperwork is suggested. However for all other modalities, arriving 10 minutes early to fill out the proper paperwork will be more than enough time.

What can I expect on my first visit?

Depending on the modality you are visiting for this will vary. But, each of our therapists will take an in depth health history to fully understand your symptoms. Since our clinic specializes in looking at the body as a whole, even though your current symptoms may not seem related to past health issues, our bodies are complex landscapes and everything that happens to them leaves its mark. So everything is relevant!

How many treatments will I need?

Again, depending on the modality depends on the number of sessions that is usually recommended. But the benefits are cumulative, so more then one treatment will be necessary. For acute conditions you can expect to have more treatments closer together and should usually begin to feel relief after just the first few. While chronic conditions may take longer to respond, depending on the type, severity, and duration of the condition. So treatments will be spread out over a longer period of time . Preventative treatments and treatments for general well-being may also be scheduled on an as-needed basis.

Do you direct bill insurance?

Yes, we do!

What is your Cancellation Policy?

When you book an appointment with us we hold that space for you. So should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, then we do kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice. While we understand that is not always possible, given the circumstances, we do really appreciate the notice.
